Why did you choose the name Victorious Attitude?
I actually used a different name (Ohio Gozaimasu) to post my first few YouTube videos. But after just a couple, I wanted to take a step back and reevaluate how I was making content, as well as build the blog. As my ideas became more focused, my name didn’t fit anymore, but I struggled to think of a new name that I liked!
But one day, I came across a couple of poems that described my goal perfectly! I liked the title of one of them, so it stuck: Victorious Attitude. It’s all about your mindset!
Victorious Attitude
by James Kisner
You cannot win the race,
unless you follow through.
You cannot blame the others,
for it all depends on you.You cannot win the battle,
if you do not raise your sword.
You cannot claim a victory,
if there is no reward. You cannot shape the future,
if you wait until it’s here.
The future has no purpose,
if you live today in fear.Your future lies within your hand,
to do with what you may.
For tomorrow brings results,
of what you’ve done today. The choices that you make today,
reflect the life you seek.
But first of all, the seeds are sown,
before the gardener reaps. The future’s like a lump of clay,
you hold within your hand.
As time goes by, the clay gets hard,
so mould it while you can.Failure is an attitude,
that haunts the mind of man.
But, results will be successful,
for the one who knows HE CAN!

Why Don’t You Post More Often?
There are a few reasons! First, I own a cat cafe, and my top priority is making sure that the cats, my staff, and our guests are well taken care of. That takes me about 60 hours a week on average. (Good thing I love it!)
Second, I care very deeply about this blog and my readers, so I want to produce the best content that I can. I prefer long, super informative posts, and those take a little more time to write and take photography for. Second, I can’t write interesting and useful posts unless I have time to actually do interesting things and learn useful skills to pass along to you!
I hope that I can increase my post frequency as I become a more experienced blogger. Those of you who take the time to read my posts, comment here or on social media, and/or subscribe keep me feeling very motivated!
Did you draw that cute art in your logo and videos?
No, I didn’t! I hope that someday I can teach myself to draw, but for now I’m pretty awful at it. My wonderful, talented friend Jenny drew them. She doesn’t have any public art pages yet, but shoot me a message if you want to reach out about her art and I’ll pass it along.
Will You Write About ____?
Yeah, probably! I’m happy to write about any topics I can, or at least try to share expert sources to help everyone. So feel free to comment or email requests and I’ll get to them when I possible!
What’s Your Blog About?
My blog doesn’t have a particular niche or subject. (*Gasp*, what kind of amateur hour blog is this?!) I’m not trying to “make it big”, just share my experiences in the hope that we can all help each other grow and be better people. Read my About page for more specifics on that.
To help with that mission, please comment on my posts and tell me about yourself, too. Learning is a two-way street and I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences!
