“If i obtain a car from the private-party a few hundred miles from me just how do I officially get the car back to be documented in my state-of PA. Insurance carrier was called by me and they said they cant give me coverage till it’s registered however from after I buy it from them the individual who possesses the vehicle must have insurance to cover me on the way back
